Where are you based?
I am based in South Florida and photograph session throughout Broward County and surrounding areas. I am happy to help recommend locations that photograph beautifully and fit your session style.
When will we receive our photos?
Your fully edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. Turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons, but I always communicate updates if needed.
How many images will we receive?
Each session includes a curated gallery of professionally edited images, with the exact number depended on the session type. Additional images and full gallery upgrades are always available.
Can you help me choose what to wear?
Absolutely. All clients recieve a Client Experience Guide with outfit inspiration, color palettes, and styling tips. I'm also happy to offer personalized suggestions to help your session feel cohesive and timeless.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes- mini sessions are offered seasonally and have limited availability. Dates and booking announcements are shared on Instagram. (@jessicaivoryphotography) and Facebook.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with proper notice, and we'll work together to find the next available date.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for maternity, newborn, and fall family sessions. Availability is limited and dates fill quickly during peak seasons.
Do you offer bundled or multiple-session packages?
Yes! I offer select bundled collections, including a maternity + newborn lifestyle package, for expecting family who want to document multiple milestones. Details are shared during booking.
How do we book a session?
All sessions are booked through my online booking system, where you can view availability, session details, and reserve your date.
